No moisturizer after Vbeam - no results ?

No, not using moisturiser for a week is highly unlikely to affect the outcome.However, skincare is important and if you are having treatment because of facial redness, rosacea etc, uv protection is even more important in maintaining the results.

I am not sure what you had treated with the Vbeam (rosacea, telangiectasias, angioma etc) but the moisturizer is not as critical for your results.  Routine skin care is important to stave off aging changes.
