I got sientra 505 cc silicone implants under the muscle in may 2018. I'm currently not happy with the results and will be meeting my ps end of August. My right breast still has not dropped/implant isn't moving like my left side. My dream breast are pictured below, I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to achieve that look Or if it's even possible. I may need revision surgery to get rid of that crease on my right breast. I want perky breast with great cleavage without a bra on! Please help.
Answer: Implant problems You you may not like this answer, but your implants are way too large. Anytime any implant is this large, especially in someone who is relatively thin, you will have problems including, but not limited to, displacement, Rippling, visible implant Contours, and asymmetry. These problems are largely uncorrectable unless the implant is removed in a smaller and plan is used, but I suspect you were doomed from the start. You should have an honest conversation with someone who has a lot of experience with us and they can help you on the path to recovery. Best of luck.

Answer: BA results Dear jaden92218,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Breast revision It may or may not be possible to achieve the look you have described. The crease on the right breast is an indication that your current implant is already a bit large for your frame (or too low on your chest). You probably had a constricted lower pole to your breast before surgery without much "stretchability" of the skin below the nipple and areolae. The women in the dream pictures almost certainly did not have the same limitations that you likely have in terms of breast skin envelope and anatomy. Sometimes it is possible to soften the old breast crease that is causing the issue that you don't like, but it isn't always easy or predictable. Hopefully you will be able to have a productive conversation with your surgeon about your options. Best wishes.

Answer: How to achieve goals with revisionary breast surgery? Keep in mind, that nothing will replace careful in person evaluation when it comes to providing you with good advice. Having said that, it is likely that adjustment of the existing breast implant capsules and selection of appropriate breast implant type/size/profile will be necessary to achieve the types of outcomes you demonstrate. My best advice: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your concerns and goals carefully, as you have done here. Working together you will come up with a good plan to achieve your goals. Best wishes.

Answer: Not round in cleavage Thank you for question and photographs. I'm afraid and in person exam will be necessary here to see what's going on. Probably some adjustment of the capsule on the outside to tighten it might work. It's difficult to know if this is related to the muscle release without a dynamic picture. Hope all goes well with the revision.
