Dear all, I had a surgery for improving the shape of my back of the head using bonce cement (PMMA). The result is ok, but it lacks a bit natural symmetries. Therefore I would like to know if its possible to increase the volume just a little bit by using fat grafting in the area around / slightly above where the neck muscles start. Could this be a permanent solution in my case? There really is not much volume needed at all. Just a little to improve symmetries. That would be awesom! Many thanks
