11 days post op Seto-Rhinoplasty, my nose is crooked. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

The surgeon added some graft to the right side of the nose to augment it as apparently during the surgery, he noticed that the right side was concave. However now, I think that the graft is making my nose crooked and slanting to the right and it also looks very bumpy. My nostrils seem very uneven as well. When I look up my right nostril, I can see what looks like cartilage sticking out right where the bump is. When I run my finger down the right side, I can feel the bump.

Thank you for sharing the before and after pictures, and your concerns. As it is so early after surgery there is still swelling. At this time there is also the beginning of scar formation. It's difficult but it's important to be patient. From your pictures I think your nose looks more symmetrical and better defined. Best wishes
