I had a thread lift 2 days ago and have a gathering of wrinkles

Question

gathering of wrinkles just under right side of cheek its like an area has not been pulled enough can i do anything ? Or will it just disappear i look horendous

As three lifts can only lift the skin (rather than removing skin in a face lift) there can be some gathering. Mostly this is due to swelling which settles over a few days. This does vary with the type of thread used, for example silhouette soft produces more gathering and dimples than other brands as they lift more. 
If you are concerned make sure that you have an early review with your Doctor. Generally it is much better by day 7.
