I got a pdo threadlift done one week ago. 4 threads each cheek. One side looks like I’m permanently smiling, a concavity below cheek. very tender and if I touch the insertion point near my ear I can feel it directly tugging at the indented area. I cannot smile normally , it’s probably at 50% when I try. extremely worried. Will this resolve on its own? It seems like a deep indent. What can I do to correct this.
