I can see one of the threads poking out of the skin. Should I be concerned?

Hi there. My recommendation is to not waste your time with a thread lift for your concern. Bodytite is great option for your concern and will give you lasting benefit. 

In the first couple of days, or even weeks, after PDO thread placement, visible rippling can occur but in my experience, it typically resolves on it's own. You can try massaging the area in a backwards (toward the ears) motion to see if you can get the thread to 'release' or simply leave it...
