Aggressive CO2 Laser Treatment 3 months ago caused broken capillaries on the side of my cheeks and temples, will this go away?

I had CO2 laser resurfacing almost 3 months ago. It was pretty aggressive treatment. I have alot of broken capillaries on the side of each cheek and around my temples.. will this go away? I am very concerned..
