When I was younger I fell into a cupboard which left my nose crooked, I was only 4 and as a result wasn't able to have surgery to correct it. I had a CT scan a few years ago which confirmed I have chronic sinusitis, bone spurs and a deviated septum. I've had mild to severe eye pain since the incident, which has caused me numerous problems and both school and now work.

Hi there Thanks for the question and pictures. There are conditions under which Medicare provides rebate for rhinoseptoplasty. Repair subsequent to previous trauma is one example. Whilst there is a reasonable out or pckket cost. The main key is that private insurers would i depending on the cover level, cover the Hosptial fee which is significant. Hope this helps.
