What does it mean if your cheek fillers are hurting after 8 months of getting them?

I woke up this morning to just my fillers hurting. They only hurt when I smile or apply pressure. I’m also sick so maybe that may be contributing to it. But I’ve never had them hurt like this since when they were put in.
