Seroma or Hemotoma-should It Be Drained? (photo)

So I went to doctor with the advice from doctors on here. My GP said it was infected, put me on Cephalexin 500mg- 4 times a day, and told me to go see the local PS (not mine), after the infection is gone, not sure why. The lump does not seem to have liquid in it anymore, it was almost gone, until I rolled area with rolling pin to smooth out but now its gone almost hard, lumpy, warm to touch, and the bruising is spreading. It started as a seroma is it still, or is it a hemota, should I wait it out.
