How can I stop my friends from noticing my nose job? (Photo)

Hi! If you want to take attention away from your nose, especially while it is healing, I recommend changing your hair color and/or styling- get a cut, go curly, go blond... your friends will focus on that and probably not even notice subtle changes to the bump on your nose. You may have some slight numbness after surgery but should look and feel like yourself before long. good luck!

A large number of our patients will change their hair colour or style, or
use different lipsticks or makeup that can throw people off suspecting your
nose. Often people will be more taken with your new hair and be distracted with
that rather than noticing your nose. For most patients it works wonders!

With the changes that are simulated in your photo, I would be very surprised if your friends were to notice that you've had a rhinoplasty. They might ask what you've changed. New hair style? New makeup? Brow shaping? The nose is not meant to be the focal point of our face. Therefore, if the results look natural very few people should notice that the shape of your nose has subtly changed.  Since it takes several months for the swelling to subside after the rhinoplasty procedure, most  folks do not detect the patient has had a rhinoplasty. Equally as important is that the nose looks natural and balanced to the facial features, so as not to draw attention to it. Many women will alter their hair coler or style which is more surface area than the nose itself to draw attention away from the nose.
