top surgery (peri-areolar) last May 28, 2015 30th of May my drains on the left side were clogged cause of clotted blood couldn't enter the bulb.June 1, 2015 had my drains were removed.Left side was not healing very well. I've been cleaning it up for 3 days already and it still has a lot of discharge (blood ) everyday. I even use sanitary napkins so it won't seep throught my bandage/ wraps .MY appointment is scheduled after 2 days cause i have to travel just to see my surgeon. PLEASE HELP

HelloNormally the signs of necrosis are dark color and/or discharge that worsens over time. The purplish color that you have worries me , however its hard to diagnose someone without seeing you in person.  Since it is vital to keep a very close eye on that situation, I would definately make an appointment to see your plastic surgeon immediately for an examination.

Hi, thanks for your photos and question. You have an obvious blood supply issue to your nipples and your surgeon needs to be immediately advised. You should be on antibiotics. Please ensure you are seeing a Specialist Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Best of luck

Please call your doctor. When you are having issues in the immediate post operative period they should be the one to evaluate you and give you advice. It should not matter that you have to travel to see them. They are still available over the phone. Good luck.
