I have skinny legs and have wanted calf implants for years; however, I am afraid the scars will remain visible and make me self-conscious that everyone is aware I must have had implants when they see me from behind. I have had surgery (not on my legs) and the scars have taken years to become almost unnoticeable. Have any techniques been developed to eliminate prominent scar tissue on black skin post surgery? Thanks.
