Help! I'm a woman in my 40's with thin legs and tiny ankles.

I'm intrigued about calf implants, but have a few questions about the procedure... 1) What is the cost in CAD? 2) What is the length of the recovery period? 3) How long do I have to be off my feet? How soon can I exercise 4) How bad is the scarring? 5) Is fat transfer an option for my ankles?
