I'm thinking about getting botox or something on my jawline to slim my round face, and a chin filler to help fix and convex side profile. I don't think my chin recedes enough to need an implant, but I do feel that my chin causes me to have a convex side profile. I'm getting rhinoplasty this month to fix a deviated septum and slightly hooked nose, but I'm worried it may emphasize my convex face shape. What would be my best options for face slimming and chin fillers?

Answer: Botox to Thin Round Face Botox can be injected into the muscle (masseter muscle) on the jaw to shrink the muscle. This can narrow and angulate the lower face. This will work only if you have large masseter muscle. This can be appreciated during an examination.I like the shape and structure of your chin. I do not feel strongly that you need augmentation to this area.I hope this helps.

Botox can be used to help slim a woman's face by atrophying the masseter muscles, the muscles towards that back of your jaw that help you chew food. Possible enlargement of the muscles is best determined during an in-person examination. Fillers can be used to temporarily improve the appearance and size of a woman chin which can dramatically change their profile view. Answer: Botox If the master muscle appears large than botox may be helpful to thin the lower third of your face. Remember it may take more than one treatment and it will need to be repeated regularly to maintain the result.
