Can Doxycycline affect or harm a hair transplant?

I had a hair transplant 8 months ago. I've been getting really oily skin and acne on my face. I saw a dermatologist who prescribed me Doxycycline in pill form. I'm wondering if this medication contributes to hair loss, or if it can affect the hair transplant in any way?

If you blistered or had sunburn to your scalp it probably would not affect the transplanted grafts that is 8 month old.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

A bad hair transplant results are permanent and very difficult to fix.  You cannot undo it.  You may be able to hide the scarring at best.

Always check with your surgeon for specific pre or post operative instructions.  There is no absolute rule on spicy food, alcohol, etc.
