Always check with your surgeon if you want to have a procedure like Botox.  There should be no issues in general after 2 months.

Always consult with your doctor before having any medical procedure.  If you have metal (such as staples) it would be an issue with MRI.

If you have diffuse thinning you probably would not be a good candidate for surgery.  You should see a doctor for the right diagnosis.

You should see a doctor for an examination for a better recommendation.  You may need a few thousand grafts as your hair loss will likely get worse over time.
