Grinding pain against my chest wall 4 years after breast implants. Could it be nerve damage?

Tasteful78904
I posted over a year ago about discomfort with my breast implants and it hasn’t subsided. I am now 4 years post op, everything was fine up until a year ago. Whenever my implants move I can feel a grinding pain against my chest wall, laying on my back I can feel them falling to the side, manually moving them, swimming. No one can figure out why, it has been happening since March of last year. Could it be nerve damage possibly?
