Does it look worse then it really is? Dr said it should be healed in about 2 weeks? (photo)

I had a breast reduction done October 30th 2017. My left breast seems to be getting worse. Dr cut off some dead skin and said to come once a week. So he can keep an eye on it.its still swollen and itchy.
