Microneedling will not cause unexpected hair growth. It will regenerate new collagen to fill in or re-texture skin to repair fine lines and even help acne scaring if partnered with PRP and chemical peels. Microneedling is a great treatment for maintaining skin health. Like other providers have answered it will only cause hair growth if its done with PRP in an area where the is existing hair growth. Thanks for your question. Microneedling will not cause unexpected hair growth but if you are doing microneedling with PRP this can cause hair growth or hair regeneration because PRP is used widely for hair loss.

Hi - microneedling does not cause hair growth itself - but if you add it with PRP (platelet rich plasma) in an area that already has hair and want to rejuvenate that area then the PRP will allow it to do so.
