Hi - microneedling does not cause hair growth itself - but if you add it with PRP (platelet rich plasma) in an area that already has hair and want to rejuvenate that area then the PRP will allow it to do so.

Hi - I do perform microneedling on pregnant women - it's one of the only procedures that are safe in pregnant women and as long as the numb cream involved is safe in pregnancy then you should be ok
