I was booked to have fat transfer ( for face), but the doctor has since asked if I want nanofat injections as well for an extra cost ( nearly 50% increase in price) ..I know nano-fat is like regular fat transfer but more liquified etc ..and I wondered do doctors normally charge more to combine the two types of fat transfer methods in the same op? As I thought it would be not much extra cost with it still being the same fat and in the same fat transfer procedure ..
