I would recommend a face and neck lift and not a mini lift. It’s hard to make a determination on your upper eyelids because you are looking down in two photos and the first is taken from an unusual angle. A facelift is definitely recommended and it’s best to have a personal consult on the other procedures.
These are all natural parts of the aging process. What we can do is try preventative treatments or get a neck lift / face lift earlier in the aging process. There are numerous non-surgical options available, and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes, but you would need a consultation with an expert. Some options for skin tightening include:- Thermage radiofrequency to heat the skin, tighten it over time, and prevent the aging process- Ultherapy high-intensity ultrasound to contract the muscle, tighten the face and neck, and prevent the aging process- PDO NovaThreads or InstaLift threads for immediate lifting without surgery and long-term collagen production- Sculptra injections for collagen production to areas of the face and neck with crepey skin or early sagging- BTL Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Thermi250 for monthly collagen stimulation with facials- ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma), or Inmode BodyTite for internal heating and tightening with or without surgery- Fillers (or facial implants) to contour the jawline and chin to improve the appearance of the neck- Face lift / neck lift with fat grafting and fillers if you need a significant improvementI would suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Hello, and thank you for providing photos along with your question. Based on the signs of aging on your lower face (sagging skin and jowl formation), you may benefit from a mini facelift and neck lift –these procedures are often combined for a more comprehensive outcome. A mini facelift is a minimally-invasive surgical procedure that’s less aggressive than a traditional facelift and can address early signs of aging, such as slight jowl formation and mild to moderate skin laxity. Those who have significant skin laxity that has led to the formation of a “turkey neck” will also benefit most from a neck lift surgery. A neck lift procedure can also address submental fat that has formed under the chin and horizontal banding that can develop when the underlying muscle loses some of its firmness. As for your eyes, you may consider a brow lift or upper blepharoplasty to refresh the appearance of your eye area. Specifically, an upper blepharoplasty will remove excess fatty deposits that create the puffiness above the eye. To determine your eligibility for these procedures, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Your surgeon can assess your skin quality and facial profile, recommend the best procedure or combination of procedures, and ensure the best possible outcome.
Based on these photos, it seems that anything short of face/neck lift and upper/lower blepharoplasty would not create satisfactory result. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in neck/face surgery is recommended. Good luck.
I agree you are a good candidate for those procedures. Your selection of surgeon is the most important decision. That's particularly true for the nose. Make sure the surgeon has lots of rhinoplasty experience. Many surgeons do not.
A lower face/neck lift is definitely needed and also do a skin resurfacing/tightening with Morpheus/TCA peel at the same time for the best results. It is easy to undergo under local and so safe with only 1-2 weeks downtime.
We would suggest setting up a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to go over options addressing your concerns about your face. A facelift would address the lower face and neck area & the eyes depending on brow positioning your Plastic Surgeon would determine a upper Blepharoplasty or brow lift or both.
Dear Cyclon0669,Thanks for sharing your photos. They illustrate the loss of collagen and laxity of the skin and underlying fat and muscle tissues. Similarly, the brows and eyelids have descended. • Please consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgery expert in surgical facial cosmetics. • I recommend you consider a face and neck lift to achieve elevated redistribution of your neck and jowl and redraping of your skin laxity. • Botox for a brow lift maybe helpful followed by upper lid lift (blepharoplasty). • Retain this with minimally and non-invasive options such as retinoids, skin tightening peels, Sculptra thereafter. I hope this helps. All the best.
The Photos demonstrate a recessive Chin profile along with fat deposits in the neck located above and below the platysma muscle. In order to address all of your issues in the neck, consider placement of a chin implant to augment the chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. A lower face and neck lift can address tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening a loose facial and neck muscles, and removal of the fat deposits above and below the platysma muscle in the neck which also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jaw line.
Thanks for excellently posted photos. You are on border line for mini FL/NL SMAS or Full open face/neck lift w SMAS. Additionally your upper lids are to be included as well as full rhinoplasty. Expect fees in the $20,000 to $40,000 ranges.

With significant neck sagging you would need a neck lift / facelift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, lasers treatments (Fraxel, CO2, Erbium, Halo) or microneedling RF (Fractora, Intensif, Morpheus, PiXel8) can be performed to improve crepey skin or wrinkles. You need a...
It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
