7 months post thigh lift. Why do I have discoloration by my incision and what are my options? (photo)

Had thigh lift May 2022. My recovery was rough and not easy. Why do I still have this discoloration next to my incision? I haven’t been able to get an answer and I was told it’s not hemosiderin.
