Anything that can get rid of a cleft chin?

I absolutely hate my cleft chin. It looks so manly and disgusting. Is there any surgery that can permanently remove it?

Yes, there are many techniques including muscle reapproximation, fat grafting, etc.  This depends upon the depth of the cleft and relative involvement of the bone and whether or not the chin has good projection.  Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
