I had a rhinoplasty last year and I am not completely satisfied with the result. My nose looks a bit wide and short. My tip was rotated and reduced but the size of my nostrils were not reduced. If I want to improve the look of my nose and reach a result that is similar to the ideal nose in the second picture, what procedure do I need to consider?
