Water Lipo vs. Vaser Lipo: which is better for me? (Photo)

Hello! I've met with 2 PS who I really like, I want to have lipo of my flanks and upper/lower abs. One surgeon uses a water lipo machine and the other uses Vaser. I don't have a large amount of fat, just a little belly and muffin top I can't get rid of... Which method of lipo would work best for me? I like that the water lipo is gentle with less down time, but I like the skin tightening possibilities that some seem to get with Vaser. I just can't decide!! Thank you for answering!!

Hello, and thank you for your question. I have utilized both devices and find the vaser device to be far superior. The water device is a good device for harvesting fat for fat grafting but otherwise I have been disappointed with it. It should be noted with full disclosure that I have been utilizing  vaser device for over 10 years and I believe I would be considered biased on this subject. Best of luck with your decision.
