Should I get a gum graft before or after Accutane? (photo)

Question

I'm supposed to start accutane in a few weeks, although my tooth has been bothering me. I know Accutane causes dry skin, lips and eyes... I'm just wondering if it's going to be a problem when it comes to possibly worsening my already receeding tooth.

Your oral surgeon probably has the most experience with gum surgery and Accutane patients.  Please consult with your surgeon regarding this question.
