I'm looking into getting butt implants, possibly subfascially but most likely intramuscularly. My main concern is how this will affect muscle growth, control and strength after full recovery. If I were to do exercises that directly targeted my glutes, would they grow and improve in strength just like they would if there were no implants or would this be affected? How does cutting right into the muscle affect the muscle's strength and recovery from exercise?
