Weight gain after BBL/lipo, how to get post op body back?

Question

I had a bbl done and it was was amazing stomach super flat I was happy , unfortunately someone in my family had past away a month later , I he fell into a depressed state and gained maybe ten pounds although my butt is still there I do not have the flat stomach much and gained weight in my wait area , it just looks larger , how can I reverse this ?

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Thank you for your questions. If you are unhappy with your results after gaining weight, then the best way to get back to yourself would be to lose the weight. Adopt a program of strict diet control and exercise and set a reasonable goal weight and work toward your goals.Best of luck!

Hi, first of all I'm sorry for your loss. I thank you for your great question, I wish more patients would ask about weight gain after a BBL. Losing the weight you gained should flatten your tummy once more. I recommend combining clean nutrition primarily of fresh veggies, fruits, and lean meat and fish as well as incorporating some exercise into your routine. Avoid seated exercises like rowing or cycling, but do try to incorporate squats and lunges, as well as any other form of cardio. You can even add weights to further enhance the results of your initial BBL. If you find yourself still not losing any weight, you can always look to non-surgical medical weight loss to help you get the excess pounds off under the guidance of a doctor. Good luck to you!

As you might think the reversal of this will require you loose the 10 pounds you have gained and you will regain your results.
