 The key is to avoid any pressure on the buttocks during the first several weeks post-op. Whichever works for you sounds reasonable, but you should ask your surgeon.

Thank you for your great question. In the weeks following your BBL, you must avoid putting the full weight of your body on the treated area as this will negatively affect your results. The BBL cushion allows you to sit on the back of your thighs, keeping your weight off of your freshly sculpted booty.You can opt to use a rolled up towel, but the BBL cushion is much more comfortable. Do not sit on your buttocks after a BBL, I can't stress this enough. Wear your post surgical garment, lipo foams, and ab board for as long as your surgeon recommends. Best of luck to you!
