Can I still get tummy tuck surgery after being treated for chlamydia?

I also smoke about 4 cigarette dayly and I was recently diagnosed with chlamydia. I took the one day treatment and will get retested again in 3 months.. but I would like to get surgery in a week or so should I wait or can I still do it

Plastic surgeons differ on the response to the question of smoking which you did not ask.  I recommend to my patients a minimum of 4 weeks without smoking prior to undergoing a TT.  Nicotine constricts blood vessels and prevents delivery of oxygen to the wound that requires good blood flow to heal. 
You should always contact your plastic surgeon about infections and concerns. You would need to stop smoking and using nicotine for 3-4 weeks or longer before most of us would consider doing a tummy tuck on you. That means NO NICOTINE IN ANY FORM, including vaping, gum, patches, secondhand, etc. The chlamydia should also be retested before you proceed, in my opinion. This is ELECTIVE surgery. Why rush into it when you have not optimized your own safety for a procedure?As others have said, if you already have selected a plastic surgeon, you should discuss with the surgeon immediately. I would be wary of a surgeon who wasn't at least concerned about the smoking issue and willing to forge ahead with a tummy tuck while you are actively smoking several cigarettes a day and have an active infection.
