No solution, what to do? My buttocks is looking saggy are having Vaser lipo twice. (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photos - this is a problem I see quite frequently.  To do a BBL, one needs to have a suitable "donor site" from which to obtain fat for grafting into the buttocks.  On thinner people, this can be a challenge.  How much fat was removed during your previous Vaser procedures and why was that fat not used?  I can still a little fat around your love handles and lower back that could be removed and would help the overall shape of your butt, but likely would not be enough volume to give you the lift you are looking for.  I would recommend doing that and grafting whatever fat there is plus adding lots of Sculptra.  This can get expensive, but the results with Sculptra are pretty impressive, although usually not as impressive as a large-volume fat graft would be.  The only other option would be implants.
