Does every single human have some degree of thinner hairs (miniaturized)? If so, do these hairs shed?

Some times during my day I find some hairs that are very fine and thin, they are about 4 cm. in a usual shed of 80-100 hairs, I say about 7 of them are these very fine hairs. Is this something that is normal?
