About 7 months ago I feel off a motor bike on the street. Now I'm left with this huge road rash that only seems to get darker. I tried putting creams and oils but doesn't help . Any suggestions ?

This appears to be post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) in dark skin.  These scars can be improved with gentle use of picosecond or nanosecond laser, sun protection and bleaching agents.  This is a slow and long process and may take multiple treatments over more than one year.  This type of scar on the lower extremities heals very slowly.
