How do I get rid of my scar? Is there any cosmetic procedure to get rid of this? (Photo)

About 7 months ago I feel off a motor bike on the street. Now I'm left with this huge road rash that only seems to get darker. I tried putting creams and oils but doesn't help . Any suggestions ?

I can't speak to your insurance coverage, but keloids can be improved with a combination approach. Keloids can be improved with lasers, microneedling/prp, and 5/FU steroids. Surgery with or without radiation is an alternative. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
