I had a tummy tuck a year ago. Everything went well with the surgery and the healing process. Over the course of time my belly button has contracted more and more. It is now to the point where i can't even fit a qtip in it w/o force. I want it fixed but bc I developed a hypertrophic scar around it and along the entire length of my tummy tuck scar, I am afraid it will just do the same thing. Will it be beneficial to get it surgically fixed or try a less invasive way of fixing it?

This scar may take a while to improve. Q switch laser may help a bit. Start with Melarase PM and Melapads twice daily. Best, .Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
