How can I resolve swelling/malar edema following hyaluronidase? (photo)

I had restylane filler in under eye troughs 6 mos ago. I had it dissolved as it was too full. Now I have malar edema/festoons under my eyes. Is this swelling that I need to have patience with or should I try another round of hyaluronidase? I've also heard a course of steroids could help with the swelling.

I believe that further hyaluronidase is needed in the malar area. I think that HA is blocking the lymphatic flow. I would try another round. I have never seen hyaluronidase cause malar festoons.
