Is it safe to have a BBL & BA if I took a Plan B pill 11 days before surgery?

If I took a plan b pill 11 days before surgery should I be put on a blood thinner just to prevent blood clots ? Please help

Certain types of birth control pills can increase your risk of deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolus.  I generally have my patient's stop birth control that has estrogen or progesterone ahead of time.  I would discuss with your plastic surgeon.  Take Care,Timothy A. Janiga MD, FACS

It is unlikely that the Plan B pill would have any significant negative implication 11 days before your surgery.
Your surgeon or the surgery center it will most likely do a pregnancy test on the day of surgery.
