The front of my legs are loose and kind of dented from the Cellulaze. My plastic surgeon would not do a leg lift. I have done velashape and thermitight. What is left for me to do?I was told the thermitight also would need more then one time also.I have a appointment to look into the bodytite in September with a different surgeon.
Answer: Do people need more than one treatment for the BodyTite procedure? In the vast majority of patients, one treatment is certainly all that is needed for optimal improvement.

Answer: Will BodyTite help my loose skin after Cellulaze? BodyTite a very powerful technology that uses radiofrequency to heat and therefore, shrink, tissues under the skin. This has the effect of pulling the overlying tissues and skin closer to the underlying tissues. In my professional opinion it is the most powerful technology currently available for this purpose. It’s technical name is RFAL, or radio frequency-assisted liposuction. It can be done by itself or in addition to liposuction. When it is clear to me that a patient is going to have loose or skin as a result of liposuction, I highly recommend that BodyTite be done at the same time to ensure that there is as much tissue contraction as possible. Of course, we may have to do this after the fact, when some other technology leads to loose tissues, and this may apply in your case. Unfortunately, not every one responds the same to minimally invasive body contouring technologies. We cannot always predict the outcome from the outside because we cannot see/feel the quality of the deep layers of the skin, fat, and connective tissues. Depending on the quality of these tissues, they may or may not respond to the technology the way we would want them to. The best thing to do is to have board-certified plastic surgeon experienced in minimally invasive technologies, particularly BodyTite, evaluate you to determine as much as we are able to whether or not you are a candidate. I find this technology to be extremely useful and I hope you are a candidate!

Answer: Usually just one and done Thanks for your question! The BodyTite is usually a one and done procedure assuming you follow all appropriate post-op guidelines. The most frequent case of a 'second treatment' that we see is a patient returning to have the procedure on another part of their body! Good luck!

Answer: Body tite Thank you for your question. Body tite works by using a radiofrequency wand to heat internal and external temperatures to a very specific temperature. This stimulates new collagen growth. Because it takes time for the body to go through this remodeling phase, it can take up to a year to see your final result. How much collagen regrowth each individual person has is dependent on your body and is impossible to guess at a final result. In our office we are seeing some significant results and patients are happy with the experience. I recommend you have a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has some experience with the machine. They can take a look at your specific anatomy and decide on the best procedure for you.

Answer: BodyTite Procedure Thank you for your question. BodyTite is a minimally invasive RF procedure that destroys fat while also tightening skin. It is usually combined with some form of liposuction and is one of the most effective skin tightening devices on the market. Unfortunately, not all patients respond to the same degree. The older the patient and the more laxity present will often result in a less impressive result. The inner and front of the thighs will tighten to a lesser degree than other parts of the body. We use the BodyTite on all lower extremity procedures to minimize the degree in skin laxity.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
