Loss of sensation in clitoris after laser hair removal

Since February I have been receiving 'hollywood' laser hair removal. I haven't felt any sense of stimulation during sex or masturbation since then. I didn't notice this earlier as my sex drive sometimes tends to be low. But it's never been this non-existent for 4 months. I've also been taking utovlan norethisterone period delay tablets almost every month. So could it be due to this? Should I stop with the laser, and see a gynaecologist?
