Is laser hair removal permanent on my chin permanent if I had thyroid or hormonal imbalance?

I had thyroid from last 9 years and I take laser treatment 6sittings results is not good after some time I got pregnant and had a baby girl and secondary pregnancy and baby boy now I want to a laser treatment on my chin Thair r a lot of thik hair which I shave them every second day what should i do if I had harmonal imbalance plz help
