I just finished my 4th laser treatment, and two days later I notice discomfort on my legs. I quickly saw this red dots on my legs. Are they permanent? what should I do? Please help. Thanks

These are not burns but petechial hemorrhages.  These resolved easily without any problem.  Make sure to protect the legs from sun exposure and apply A lot of moisturizer.RegardsDr. J

The redness the you notice is not scar.  However, over a period of weeks or months it will be more clear if there are any permanent scars. In the meantime avoid further laser treatment , and avoid sun exposure.

It does not appear to be a burn but PFE (perifollicular edema) which is common after hair removal. The small bumps is just a reaction of the hair follicles and should resolve on its own in a few days. You can apply aloe vera to help soothe and moisturize the area.
