Great question! It can easily take 6 months after liposuction for all your swelling to resolve and for you to see your final results. That being said, there is very good research that if you are trying to improve a surgical or other scar, you can make the biggest difference if you start early. It's hard to tell you the best path without seeing pictures, or better yet seeing you in person, but for many surgical scars, with the approval of your surgeon, you can start treating within a few weeks of the procedure with a combination of BBL and fractional resurfacing if your skin type allows.
