Extreme pain with Fraxel Restore: would a topical lidocaine be better?

I had fraxel restore...it was so painful! My doc injected lidocaine, but it didn't feel as though it was enough. Would a topical lidocaine and injected be better?

If you are ever concerned please always speak to your provider so they are aware and can guide you through the healing process. It can take 3-5 days for most people to recovery from fraxel dual.  It also depends based on how sensitive the patients skin is and the aggressiveness of the treatment....

Yes you can have amazing results with fraxel dual reduce the appearance of sun spots and improve skin texture on the face, hands, etc.  Please see an experienced physician to discuss your options.  Good luck with your treatment
