Not much difference after BBL. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

In 5 days it will be 3 months of my bbl and I really don't see much difference. My waist still the same even my weight, the only thing I see different is that I have SOME projection but not as I wanted. My clothes fit me as before. I think I still look square from the back, I'm really sad :( I used the compression garment day and night, I have been eating healthy , so what happend? Did I just waste my money? What are my options? Thank you.....

You will require more contouring of your lower lateral thighs and flanks and lower back to get you the results you are looking for; you may also consider a buttocks implant if you want to larger; in order to get you the results you desired you need to focus on trimming out the areas around your buttocks as much as increasing the size of your buttocks.
