How soon can I go to the dentist after a rhinoplasty?

Thank you for your question. Please ask your board certified facial plastic surgeon, but you should have no trouble visiting the dentist as long as your dentist knows of your recent procedure and to be gentle.

I recommend voicing your concerns with your plastic surgeon to get his opinion on when the earliest time would be appropriate for you to visit the dentist. Once you know that, tell your dentist about the pain you are experiencing. This will allow him to be more gentle when working on your braces.
