Dear iransarahai, this is a common combination. But some plastic surgeons may want to split this into two operations depending on the time needed. Its best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine your options and whether it would take too long, more than 4 hours, to do all.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
I do not recommend getting a breast enlargement with a BBL at the same time for a number of reasons. When performing a breast enlargement one wants to sleep on their back during recovery. If one sleeps on their tummy after breast enlargement this can cause various complications including shoving the implants into the side of the chest. When recovering from a BBL, one wants to sleep on their chest. Sleeping on the buttock will kill all the fat that was grafted to the behind. I hope you find this information useful. Please watch the enclosed video.
Yes it is possible to have both of these procedures at the same time. You can sleep on our back posoperatively but may need to pad the buttock area for comfort.Good luck, Dr. Luong
Yes, BBL and breast augmentation can be performed simultaneously in properly selected patients, although it can pose a bit of a challenge in the healing process. Most surgeons recommend patients offload the surgical sites with some activity restrictions. Since the breasts are in front and the buttock in back, it is hard to simultaneously protect both areas with positional offloading in the early postop period. Additionally, simultaneous procedures add to the anesthesia time, so it is important to review this with any surgeon with whom you consult. We like to keep operative times to 6 hours or less, which is very doable for the combination you are proposing, but if you start talking about a breast lift, tummy tuck or other add-ons, it may be better to stage procedures.
The simple answer is YES! So go on some complimentary consultations with experts and be evaluated in person and become fully informed about the desired procedures Dr Corbin
Having breast augmentation and a Brazilian butt lift simultaneously is pragmatic but does make the recovery somewhat more difficult in each area. Recognizing this however, most patients would elect to do the procedures at one time. Be certain that your surgeon discusses all risks with you so you can make a personal decision. In most cases, it is possible to have a breast augmentation and a Brazilian butt lift at the same procedure. You are correct, that the recovering can be more challenging than haivng the surgeries preformed separately. You can sleep on your back following a BBL, however, I advise that you pad your lower back and thighs with pillows to help take pressure off of the buttocks. Check with your surgeon to see if combining the procedures would be reasonable in your particular situation. Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
For most healthy patients, a BBL and augmentation can be performed on the same day. Typically, I would do the BBL first and the augmentation second. It is important to discuss further with a board certified plastic surgeon, who is able to review your medical history to make sure you are a good candidate.

Thank you for your question. No photo was included, but breast ptosis (sagging) in its milder forms can sometimes be corrected with implants. As the ptosis progresses, it is necessary to change the nipple/areolar position to correct the problem. This can be done with or without an implant...
