Hi I’m a 24 year old male with a deviated septum my nose has been crooked since I was very young due to an injury or trauma I’m not looking to get any cosmetic work not too worried about that I’m more concerned about the functionality of my nose, breathing with my nose gets difficult because one side is blocked. My question is there a risk of developing ens(empty nose syndrome) during a septopasty operation I want to get this surgery done however I don’t want my turbinates operated.
