About a year ago I had a rhinoplasty. Now I am looking to get a genioplasty done to finalize my look. I will have to be nasally intubated during the genioplasty. What is a safe amount of time to wait between procedures?

It is unlikely that the third molar removal had anything to do with your nasal swelling unless there was trauma to the nose during treatment which would be very unusual. The bleeding could have been from the sinuses which are in close proximity to the upper wisdom teeth. Good luck....
